Cappuccino Cashew

This divine dessert starts of with 2 layers of “Chocolate Cake” (Cocoa powder), with cashew nuts sandwiched between the top chocolate layer and the “Coffee Cake” (Instant Coffee) layer which has them been topped off with a generaous helping “Whipped Cream” and finished with a dusting of Cocoa powder.

This traditional treat has 2 layers of “Pastry” (Turmeric) sandwich around a extra thick layer of “Custard” (yellow food colour) and finished with a good amount of “Icing”.

Italian Brazo

This treat begins with a wonderful dark “Chocolate Cake” (Cocoa powder) layer which is covered in thick “Custard” (Yellow food colour). The 3rd layer is “Raspberry Ice-cream” (Red food colour) which has been topped with a generous layer of “Meringue” and then whole thing the “baked” for 10 minutes to cook and brown (Turmeric) the meringue and finish of the dessert before it would normally be served.

Peach Zabaione Trifle

This delight slice consists of two layers of “Spong Cake” (Turmeric) which has “Peach slices” (Red & Yellow food colour) incased in “Custard” (Yellow food colour) between them. This is then all topped off with a thick layer of “Whipped Cream”.
